HISTORY

Planet Halo was founded in 2000 as a wireless technology innovator developing hardware and software platforms for wireless devices. Concierge Technologies acquired the company in 2004 and activities were redirected to design, implementation and operation of commercial WiFi Internet access networks utilizing Metro Mesh technologies.

During 2010 our parent company, Concierge Technologies, partnered with a manufacturer and several key individuals to establish 3rd Eye Cam, a provider of mobile incident recording devices intended for use in commercial vehicles for hire such as taxi cabs, limos, shuttle buses and other transportation vehicles. After enjoying much success within the industry and gaining regulatory approvals in major U.S. cities, a logical step is to offer similar services through retail channels reaching the consumer market.

As the official and only authorized North American distributor of 3rd Eye Cam’s innovative Janus V1 HD video recorder, Planet Halo is establishing distribution channels through retailers, sales agents, distributors and direct marketing.
